that's all i really want when i grow up.

we all have dreams of making it big when we grow up. i think it's ingrained in out minds from day one that if we do well in school, we'll do well in life. meaning we'll make a lot of money. after a childhood of thinking this way, after i got into berkeley i figured that if i finished college i would do well in life, and i couldn't help thinking about what i'd do if i became rich.

if i ever make it in this life and do well financially for myself. i pray that i stick to the simple life. too many times i see shows of people flaunting their success in our faces or even worse, vh1's fabulous life doing it for them. i really hope i can stick to this goal. i can't stand little spoiled kids and even worse, spoiled grown ups. but yes. all i really want is a really nice and big kitchen. other than that, everything else should be just enough. let's pray for that.
